Joshua and Jarrod have been crawling out of their skin most of today as we got ready for our special trip tomorrow. Where are we going?
We are going to Maine.
That's right Maine.
We got accepted by Camp Sunshine (funny name for a winter camp in Maine huh…) and were lucky enough to find a sponsor to take care of our air travel expenses. So we are going to take the boys to see snow, lots of snow. Joshua has never seen snow that he can remember and it will be a really special trip for him. Jarod is really excited and looking forward to trying all the different activities that involve snow. Renee spent the day getting final preparations done and I packed when I got home from work. The only downside is we have to leave the house at 5 am to get to the airport for our flight. Look out Starbucks here I come :) I will keep blogging from Maine and will try and have lots of pictures as we enjoy the winter sports and the snow.
The monster had stayed caged up so far this week and as we put Joshua into a cramped aluminum tube for four hours tomorrow let's hope he stays caged up. Look for updates from the frozen north!

I can only imagine how excited you boys are to go to Maine and play in the snow!!! :-) Try to get some kind if sleep tonight.
Hoping the Monster stays caged while you're on the plane love bug.
I can't wait to see the all if the cool pictures and hear about all the fun you boys had up there!!! I'm so jealous.... I've never seen snow :-(
