Rest day… Day 820 12FEB11

Today we all got in a day of rest. The boys got up and did a little school work this morning but by lunch time they had headed off to grandma and pa's house to play with Taylor and Avery. They stayed until we picked them up this evening and had a great time. Renee and I stayed at home and although I was going to try and get some things done around the house we wound up just taking it easy and not doing much of anything which was a nice break. We even managed to get out and eat dinner together which is a very rare occurrence in our lives. We got to Renee's parent's house just in time to first period of the Bolt's game and headed home during the first intermission. We all cuddled up on the couch at home and watched the team win in overtime which made Joshua pretty happy. There was a special segment on Steven Stamkos after the game and Joshua tried hard to stay up and watch it but he wound up heading off to bed before it was finished. Tomorrow we are expecting visits from the kids and my dad so it should be a fun Sunday.
