As we had hoped for Joshua's ANC had risen up to 1100 when he got it check ed at clinic this morning. This means we cal all breath a collective sigh of relief and get back to normal chemo doses starting tonight. Nobody is sure what caused the drop in his counts but whatever it was seems to have abated.
After clinic the kids headed home to do school work with Renee for the afternoon. Today was one of those days that just wasn't very conducive to getting a lot of school done but the boys did okay under the circumstances.
Thanks to the Pediatric Cancer Foundation the boys got to take pa to the home opener for the Lighting tonight. I had to work otherwise I would have loved to take them. I am sure they enjoyed the game and all the new changes that have happened to the rink since last season. I came home after work and watched the game with my favorite hockey cat. He chose to sleep during the whole game so I cheered for both of us :)
Tomorrow the weather is supposed to turn off rather nasty and wet for a few days thanks to a tropical thing spinning around out in the gulf. Sounds like a good day to stay in and get caught up on school.

Hey Snuggle Monkey,
Great news on the ANC. Let's all hope it doesn't roller coaster again.
Glad to hear you got to go to the hockey game.
Keep kickin butt Mighty Warrior. You are my Champion.
