Joshua got up and headed of to do some reading tests at his virtual school office. It always seems like he gets tested the day after a massive round of chemo when he struggles to complete tasks that are normally easy for him. Today was no exception, he had a hard time with the testing and didn't do so well. "No worries", he told me and he is right. We don't really fret to much about things we can't control. He will do better next time and hopefully the test dates will line up farther away from heavy chemo days.
For his afternoon he called Carly to see if she could play. She could. So he got Renee to drop him off and spent the afternoon hanging out with his friend. He was all smiles when I saw him later and had, as always, a great time. I managed to make it home in time to see the boys for a bit before bedtime and we got to watch the final period of the hockey game and cheer the Bolts to victory against the Sabers. Good times.

Hey Snuggle Monkey,
Sorry to hear the testing was not great but you're right - no big deal. You will do well next time without a massive chemo hit in you
Great you got to hang out with Carly.
And Go Bolts! Glad they won.
Keep kickin butt Mighty Warrior. You are my Champion.
Tons of Love, Hugs and Kisses,
Nonna
