Deliver a stand… Day 720 03NOV10

Early this morning Joshua had his breakfast and then headed over to Publix to set up the Christmas card stand for the Children's Cancer Center. They put a stand in all the Publix stores in the area to raise money. All of the artwork is done by children with cancer including the calendar art that Joshua and Jarrod did that was chosen to be included in this years printing. Unfortunately due to a miscommunication they couldn't put it up today and will try again after everything gets straightened out. After getting his school work done today and doing fantastic with his teacher he finished most of his homework before heading out to play. Joshua put a garbage can in front of the garage to practice his slap shot. He played for an hour and managed to land, according to him, 16 shots in the can. After dinner we boys took a nice walk to round out our evening. After Joshua got a shower we played guitars for a little while before settling down to watch a little hockey on TV. Tomorrow will be a busy day for Joshua with a dentist appointment and then dinner at the CCC.
