Day 64 Update - 15JAN09

Joshua had school today and worked with Ms. Lydia. It was cold today! We got all bundled up to go outside when we left this afternoon.

We left to go to the Children's Cancer Center tonight for their bi-weekly family get together. It was really great. We got to meet a lot of great families who are dealing with the same issues we are, it was both uplifting as well as depressing. The kids had a great time playing and doing all kinds of neat things and were worn out by the time we got home. We will definitely keep going back.

Josh is still in a holding pattern until Monday, hope his blood counts are still climbing. We really do not want to have to delay treatment if at all possible.

Hey Snuggle Monkey,

You look all tuckered out - you remind me of a sleeping Angel. I am happy you have a new group of friends and that Mom and Dad have other people to share their current lives. It surely does help to have empathetic ears.

I will say extra prayers that you are able to continue Chemo on schedule. You are such a valient warrior and are doing such an awesome job of kickin that old cancer butt! Keep up the good work.

Love, hugs and kisses
